Your RoleAs Transport Allocator your role is to facilitate, monitor and manage the timely delivery of all orders released for distribution to our customer base.What You'll DoEngage with our customers, both internal & external, to exceed expectations, driving brand loyalty through delivering a remarkable customer experienceIdentify system issues with OTM and SAP and highlighting issues to your manager and resolution teamsUtilise the current transport management system (OTM) to build loads, allocate orders efficiently, drawing down orders daily to minimize transport costs and to ensure bookings on customer portals are confirmedProactively review the urgency of the delivery and using other resources when neededYou will thrive on resolving customer enquiries and work closely with our delivery transport contractors to ensure they provide the level of service expected by Electrolux and our customersYou will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that information is shared and utilised in the correct manner.Who You AreIdeally, you have a good level of SAP knowledge and experienceTransport Routing experienceKnowledge of Oracle Transport Management (OTM) SystemGeographical knowledge of NSWExcel spreadsheets- Intermediate levelCore CompetencesCollaborative – You build trust, good working relationships and communicate effectively with your colleagues and cross functions.
