Your Role as a Skilled Labourer As a Skilled Labourer, you'll be hands-on in delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across civil assets.
Working under the direction of a Team Leader or Leading Hand, you'll take on a variety of physical tasks that help keep our infrastructure safe and functional.Your day-to-day will include:Performing maintenance and repair work on roads and stormwater systemsOperating tools and machinery safely and effectivelyManaging traffic control and site safetyMaintaining tools, equipment, and a clean work environmentProviding courteous service to residents and road users What You'll Bring We're looking for reliable, motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a team.To be successful, you'll need:A valid Class C Driver's Licence and White Card (WHS Induction)Experience in civil construction, maintenance, or similar fieldsSkills in concrete finishing and asphalt layingA proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learnStrong communication and teamwork skillsYour ability to think critically, follow safety procedures, and contribute to a positive team culture will be key to your success.
