**About the role**

BaptistCare Blue Hills is seeking Carers to join their team on a permanent part time basis, working 60hours a fortnight. As a carer you'll get to know your residents and their needs and preferences during your shifts.

**Duties will include**
- Assistance with a wide range of person-centered care in accordance with care plans
- Assistance with medication and simple wound dressing
- Assistance with activities under supervision
- Working with each resident to continue to do the things they love

**Skills & Experience**
- Have obtained Certificate III in Individual Support OR willing to complete
- A born listener, you're genuinely curious to know and understand people
- Your care skills are driven by compassion, and your positive attitude is contagious
- You rally your team, even on challenging days, to problem solve, connect and overcome
