PERSOLKELLY have partnered with a Government owned organisation, seeking a **Civil Operations Lead** to join their team.

**Are you a Project Manager with extensive experience in civil infrastructure, specifically road construction, maintenance, design and traffic engineering? Can you lead a team in ensure assets are efficiently maintained to achieve performance targets and service levels? Then this role might be for you**

**What you will do**:

- A mix of civil construction and asset maintenance of minor works. Big focus on team leadership. 70% office based, 30% site
- Lead the Service Delivery Team in ensure assets are efficiently maintained to achieve performance targets and service levels.
- Through leadership, ensure a high performing team to deliver services associated with civil infrastructure works across the maintenance of projects and community services.
- Prepare, monitor and update service programs and budgets for the Civil Works activities.
- Provide direction and specialist technical advice for procurement and resourcing, to facilitate consistent outcomes and a high performing team.

**About you**:

- Bachelor degree or higher in Civil Engineering or equivalent which is recognised by Engineers Australia at Professional Level.
- Substantial experience in project management, particularly in relation to planning and administration that ensures safe and cost effective procedures
- Extensive experience in civil infrastructure, specifically road construction, maintenance, design and traffic engineering.
- Strong leadership, able to manage and build a high performing team.
- Ability to consider a high volume of tasks by their priority and impact on objectives, meet multiple tight deadlines and impacts on services are minimised or eliminated.
- White Card & Drivers licence.
- Able to pass medical and provide a National Police Clearance.
- Preferred: local government experience
