We're a small, dedicated team providing compassionate support to older Australians and NDIS participants. Our mission is to help clients maintain independence and dignity through regular assistance with daily living activities and home care services.

Role Overview

We're seeking a caring and reliable Aged Care Worker & Cleaner to join our team. This dual-role position involves working closely with clients aged 65 and over, assisting with household tasks and personal support to ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide regular cleaning and tidying services in clients' homes
- Assist with making beds, laundry, and general household upkeep
- Support clients with daily living activities (ADLs) as needed
- Build respectful and trusting relationships with clients
- Observe and report any changes in client wellbeing
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards
- Travel between client homes (local area)

What We're Looking For
- Genuine passion for helping older adults and people with disabilities
- Experience in domestic cleaning or aged care (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
