Our company is seeking someone who has experience in DATA Entry & Customer Service to join our fast growing Company working within a small team.
A sound knowledge of the English language (including written grammar) is essential.
Knowledge of SAP & EXCEL software is preferred. However, full training will be provided for the successful applicant.
General duties include:
- Point of Call for Pricing / Stock / Order enquiries
- Data Entering purchase orders and Navigating systems for product, customer & other respective information for swift solutions
- Ability to complete tasks with a level of accuracy
- Adhering to strict in-house policies and procedures
- General administration tasks
- Strong and Cheerful Phone manner
- Great Customer Service and Communication skills
- Proficient in English
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Strong time management & organisational skills
- Fast and Accurate typing
- The ability to work efficiently, accurately and autonomously (attention to detail is vital)
- Warm and friendly. Always keen to help the team to get the Job done
- Reliable and punctual.
