You will have the opportunity to:Support the goals of care for the residents in the service in partnership with each resident and/or their representativeIdentify barriers that prevent consumers from participating in meaningful and enjoyable activitiesEncourage the wellbeing and independence of residents by supporting them to engage in preferred activities and interestsEmbody a person-centred approach, recognising and promoting the individual's unique goals and preferencesParticipate in risk management and continuous quality improvement activitiesBuild strong and productive relationships with your team to deliver positive outcomes for residentsAbout youA fantastic outlook on life with a fun personality
