Help create a safer home away from home; exciting opportunities for experienced safety professionals to support our facilities services offering with our Oil & Gas client across all health, safety & environmental activities.

Reporting directly to the site managers, you will work closely with site-based personnel to ensure the safety of all team members through risk assessments, safety programs, drills, food audits and meetings.

As an HSE Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing company and client-driven HSE activities and initiatives
- Supporting comprehensive incident investigations and reporting
- Ensuring Food Safety. HACCP compliance knowledge (desired)
- Conducting HSE coaching, capability building, gap analysis, toolbox and pre-start meetings, as well as safety walks
- Identifying hazards, implementing effective systems, policies, and procedures to continuously improve safety standards
- Leading toolbox meetings

**About You**:
You are an experienced safety professional with a proven track record, ideally within mining, civil, or facilities maintenance industries. You have a passion for fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement, and you thrive in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (**mandatory**)
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
- A current, full Manual Driver's License for operating site vehicles
- Familiarity with ICAM and Root Cause Incident Investigation
- Strong time management, teamwork, and relationship-building skills
