**Retail Store Manager.**

We are currently seeking a Retail Store Manager at our Ashburton (Melbourne) outlet.

**About Us**:
Every Battery is Australia's leading supplier of Batteries, Solar Panels & Accessories. We sell every type of battery via warehouses and retail outlets in VIC, TAS, NSW, WA & QLD. We hold exclusive or Tier-1 relationships with Brands such as Panasonic, Century, Victron, Varta & many others, and we have shown strong & sustained growth for over 15 years.

**About the role**:
As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for successfully operating a Retail outlet and have the opportunity to support and grow the business to meet current market trends through your own initiatives.

**Who we're looking for**:
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following.
- The drive to lead a team in delivering exceptional customer service and sales results.
- Proven management and leadership success in a retail sales role.
- Confident in using computers and POS (full training will be provided).
- Effective stock management and a sound understanding of inventory controls.

You will also need to be physically fit and be capable of lifting. You will be given full training but any electrical or mechanical experience would be a bonus as this can be a hands-on role, solving customer problems and fitting batteries as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year
