**About the Role**:
We're not your average retail store - and we're not looking for your average sales assistant. We're after someone who:

- Can sell ice to an Eskimo - seriously, you know how to close a sale with heart and skill.
- Doesn't see this as just another checkout job - you take pride in what you do and the energy you bring.
- Understands and appreciates the products we sell - from crystals and incense to tarot decks, boho fashion, and wellness goods.
- Has a passion for people and creating good vibes in the workplace.

**What We Need From You**:

- Proven **retail sales experience** (1+ years preferred).
- A flair for **connecting with customers** and turning browsers into buyers.
- **Flexible availability**, including weekends and public holidays.
- A team player attitude with a strong work ethic and reliability.
- Familiarity with spiritual tools, natural products, or boho fashion is a major plus.
