We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic, experienced Room Attendants to join our diverse Housekeeping team on a casual basis.
Applicants should have previous experience in a similar role, in a hotel with 200+ rooms.
As part of the Housekeeping team you will be responsible for offering a quality customer service experience by maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms, guest corridors and service areas.
Involving but not limited to changing bed linen, making beds, cleaning bathrooms and restocking amenities.
Key responsibilities:Attending to guest enquiries and requests in a timely mannerCleaning guests rooms as required, seeing them shineCarrying out allocated cleaning duties to achieve brand standards throughout the hotelTransferring dirty linen and removing rubbish and recyclingSafe handling and use of chemicalsQualificationsAbout you...To be successful in this role, you have a passion for the Hospitality Industry and are committed to delivering high levels of customer service, you will have unlimited work rights in Australia and will be available to work varied shifts from early mornings to late evenings, including weekends and Public Holidays as per our business demands.
