**Job Description**:
The Nine Digital Campaign Operations Team is currently seeking a Campaign Manager to join us in supporting a culture of excellence in customer service towards our internal and external business stakeholders.

The role's core responsibility to maintain the highest level of project management by liaising with stakeholders to drive successful campaign delivery outcomes. You will be accountable for end-to-end campaign management, including but not limited to supporting sales secure future briefs, approving insertion orders, building and testing all campaign creatives to ensure they meet Nines' Ad specifications.

**Responsibilities will include, but not limited to**:

- Day to day management, implementation and optimisation of advertising campaigns
- Provide a high-level of service to Stakeholders (predominantly Sales) to ensure campaign enquiries are managed in a timely manner and actioned within SLA
- Approve new IO creations and review IO amendments where appropriate
- Traffic, test, troubleshoot, and assign all campaign creatives to ensure they meet Nine ad specifications and creative lead times
- Work closely with sales or agencies to resolve creative tag issues with third party vendors
- Run WIP meetings with Sales, proactively monitor campaign performance and assess if they are on track to hit their delivery goals
- Implement optimisation tactics as required throughout the lifetime of the campaign to maximise delivery
- Problem-solve and eliminate any issues that would impact the campaigns delivery goals
- Make calculated decisions in adjusting inventory, audience and targeting mixology to achieve campaign objectives
- Provide end of campaign reporting insights, data analysis and recommendations to promote revenue growth

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

**Essential Skills**
- 1-2 years of experience in an Ad Operations role.
- Experience in using Xandr, GAM, or similar adserver
- Familiar with Media Buys and Planning in Brand (Direct) and Programmatic
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and/or Google Docs
- High attention to detail; exact precision in data input
- Excellent project and time management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills
- A highly passionate and collaborative attitude
- Ability to work successfully in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and delegate when necessary
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment
- Proficient in Digital Language to communicate efficiently with external and internal stakeholders such as Editors, Developers and Sales teams
