We are on the hunt for a casual shop assistant to work in our Garden Store at Bundall The job would be for 2 days during the week and the occasional weekend day. This position would be ideal for a student or someone who is only wanting to work a few days each week.

Duties include but not limited to:

- Unloading pallets and containers (very heavy work)
- Selling and building water features (we will show you everything you need to know however any experience with drills and angle grinders will be handy)
- Delivering customer orders. Manual license required to drive our delivery van. (Customer orders are most often sets of large heavy pots and installing water features)
- Cleaning and maintaining store and yard
- Cash register operations, including end of day
- Serving and upselling

We are a busy store with a small crew so applicant must be super reliable, hard working, be able to handle a lot of heavy lifting and bring a genuine interest to the stores growth and improvement.

Sales experience and an interest in gardening and plants would be a bonus but not deal breakers. A positive attitude and good personality will be the determining factors we will paying the most attention to.

Pay: $23.23 - $37.93 per hour
