**Storeperson**

Grays currently has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Storeperson to join the motivated, friendly, customer focused and hardworking Warehouse team at Grays in Hamilton. You'll be working to receive, handle, locate and pick goods within a team that is safety focused and committed to working together and looking out for one another.
- *Please note that while we are currently based in Hamilton, we'll be moving to Richlands in October._

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Ensuring deliveries are received, processed and stored in a safe and correct manner.
- Booking in assets vis iPad or manual entry - ensuring descriptions and photograph are accurately captured.
- Maintaining accurate records and assisting with inventory and quality control.
- Labelling, putting away and transferring stock in line with established processes.
- Performing counts / stock takes as required.
- Operating Manual Handling Equipment.
- Taking a proactive role in ensuring the health and safety of our colleagues and customers.
- Please note that this role does involve some heavy lifting.

**We're looking for someone who has**:

- A positive, team and customer focused attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A willingness to help out with various ad hoc tasks as required.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work with iPads, cameras, basic stock management system and who has a basic level of Microsoft Office Suite experience.
- Experience with industrial stock and in a commercial retail warehouse will be highly valued.
