**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**Pay**:$33.00 to $38.00 (Based on Experience)

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE**:

- A current WA driver's license
- NDIS worker Screening Check or willing to obtain
- First Aid Certificate and CPR
- Working with Children's Check or willing to obtain
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A reliable vehicle with Comprehensive Insurance
- Two contactable references
- Minimum of 1-year experience in supporting individuals with Autism and challenging behaviours.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide personalized support with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks in a SIL house.
- Supporting participants with day-to-day living activities in a SIL environment.
- Promote and encourage for positive behaviour, skills development & learning experience for participants.
- Engage in meaningful activities and assist the individual to participate in community events.
- Transport participants to and from the community-based activities
- Promote and encourage for positive behaviour, skills development & learning experience for participants.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor the individual's health.
- Maintain accurate records of the individual's progress and report any concerns to the supervisor.
- Complete all administrative tasks.
