**Double Bay || Boutique Manager**

Our client is an Internationally successful Australian Designer label, now seeking an experienced Boutique Manager to join their amazing team. This is an exciting opportunity to embark on a career journey with one of our favourite clients and designer brands
**.**

**As the Boutique Manager you will be responsible for**:

- Nurturing and building customer relationships and sales
- Executing Online Orders (dispatch using Shopify + Shippit - experience is non-essential)
- Attending weekly Head Office meetings - exposure to Buying
- Proactive ideas around VIP events - your ideas are encouraged and are warmly welcomed

**To be successful in this position, you will have the following skills**:

- A strong understanding of the premium customer.
- Previous experience in a Boutique manager role preferably within an Australian Designer brand.
- Passion for retail and customer service.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a small team.
- Generous package including product allowance.
- Incredible trading hours (10am - 5pm daily).
- Fixed weekly roster (Tuesday - Saturday).
- Great company culture with heart and soul.
- Full working rights in Australia required._
