About the role:
Deliver exceptional customer experiences
by providing personalised skincare consultations and beauty advice
Build strong client relationships
through expert knowledge, tailored recommendations, and follow-up service
Achieve individual and team sales targets
while supporting overall business objectives
Maintain a high level of product knowledge
, including skincare, body care, and make-up, through ongoing training
Promote Clarins' values and plant-based philosophy
with confidence and authenticity
Ensure counter presentation
is clean, inviting, and aligned with Clarins visual merchandising guidelines
Participate in events, activations, and launches
, bringing energy and enthusiasm to every customer interaction
Support stock management processes
, including receiving, replenishing, and accurate product handling
Work collaboratively within the team
, contributing to a positive and inclusive counter culture
Maintain grooming and uniform standards
, representing the elegance and professionalism of the Clarins brand
