Christmas Casual Sales Assistant - CairnsUnison Label is hiring Christmas Casual Sales Assistants who are dedicated to creating an elevated customer experience and setting a new style standard for modern Australian fashion.OverviewRecruitment for these roles will begin in September, with start dates ranging from October to November depending on store needs and candidate availability.
This role is a casual position within Unison Label and Brandbank Group brands.ResponsibilitiesCreate a memorable and seamless experience with every customer interactionMaintain presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management and cleaningProcess customer transactions on the point-of-sale systemExceed sales targets and business key performance indicatorsProvide styling advice and support in fitting roomsWhat we're looking forExperience in a similar fashion retail role with a strong sense of personal styleDemonstrated experience using a point-of-sale systemAn eye for detail, with a passion for styling and visual merchandisingExceptional verbal and written communication skillsExposure to large stock volumes and stock managementPlease note: our Christmas Casual Sales Assistants must have full availability to work throughout November 2025 - January 2026 including extended trade, weekends and public holidays.
