**Join the Team at Lotus Dumpling Bar Circular Quay - We're Hiring Experienced Bartender**

**Position Details**:

- **Start Date**: Immediate
- **Hours**: 10-25 hours per week
- **Availability**: Monday to Saturday
- **Pay**: Award rate
- **Location**: Circular Quay (2 minutes walk from Circular Quay train station)

We' re on the lookout for skilled and passionate **Bartender** to join our front-of-house team at the stunning **Lotus Dumpling Bar Circular Quay.**

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment while delivering refined, memorable dining and bar experiences. Our venue operates six days a week (lunch and dinner Monday to Friday, dinner on Saturdays only).

**What we're looking for**:

- Proven experience as a cocktail bartender with in-depth knowledge of classic drinks.
- Strong background in a high-volume, professional hospitality environment.
- Outstanding communication skills with a commitment to exceptional guest service.
- Leadership skills and experience working in, or leading, a successful team.
- **Knowledge and experience stock management, including ordering and inventory.**:

- A valid RSA and competency card.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Availability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- A hands-on leadership style with a positive, ego-free attitude that promotes fun and teamwork.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
