**Casual Retail Assistant - Toybricks**

**About us**:
Toybricks is a family run business in Bayswater. We sell a large range of Lego, other construction toys and puzzles. We also have a range of custom Lego sets and printed Lego parts. We are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team.

This position will suit an outgoing and hardworking individual with strong attention to detail and a love for Lego. Being responsible and reliable with great customer service skills is essential.

**About you**:

- You love Lego and are familiar with Lego products
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent attention to detail
- Can listen and follow instructions well
- Have outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal)
- High standard of personal presentation
- Have retail sales understanding or experience
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Strong work ethic and take initiate. Can work independently and in a team
- Flexibility to work weekends and weekdays
- Punctual and reliable
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

**About the role**:

- Welcoming and assisting customers
- Processing sales through our POS system
- Answering phone enquiries and helping with click-and-collect orders
- Keeping the counter and front of store area neat, clean and organised
- Checking stock levels and restocking shelves
