The Lighthouse Restaurant Cleveland is on the lookout for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Café All-Rounder to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced, supportive environment, this could be the perfect role for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Taking orders and payments from customers
- Communicating effectively with customers, team members, and the kitchen staff
- Running food and beverages to tables
- Clearing and resetting tables
- Handling customer feedback with care and professionalism
- Following all COVID-19 safety procedures
- Assisting in maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment

**What We're Looking For**:

- Previous experience in a café is preferred but not essential
- Customer service experience is a plus
- A positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Good communication skills and teamwork
- Reliable availability during weekdays (Monday to Friday)
- Own transport is required (no public transport to Cleveland Point)
