We are looking for a **Packer/Kitchen Hand** who is available to work full-time hours with us We need someone who can work as part of a team as well as take on individual responsibilities.

As a Packer, you will be playing a huge role in our company by ensuring customers' expectations are met upon receiving their orders.

- The Confectionist is a family owned virtual bakery of cookies and biscuits. We are a growing business and operate solely online (for now).
- We ship our products nationally.
- Awarded Cookie Decorator of the year by the Australian Cake Decorating Network.

**Job brief**

We are looking for a Packer to assist us in the effective operation and dispatch of E-commerce orders and bulk orders.
- The position is based Altona North._

**Role Responsibilities**
- Pick and Pack E-commerce orders.
- Effectively pick items as per order list, Securely pack cookies, Print shipping labels, etc (training provided)
- Liase with the customer service, baking and decorating team to drive quality processes
- Assist the Decorating and Baking team in producing and packing our award-winning creations.
- General data entry duties for file organisation

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work independently seeing jobs through from start to completion
- Experience in a similar role withing E-commerce preferred but not essential
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Attention to detail
- A team player
- A can-do attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: From $25.01 per hour
