Riverlea Estate's **1912 Restaurant** is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic **Restaurant Supervisor** to join our team. If you have a passion for hospitality and love creating memorable guest experiences in a beautiful setting, we'd love to meet you.

**What You'll Do**:

- Oversee daily front-of-house service and team performance
- Deliver and maintain exceptional customer service
- Support, guide, and motivate team members during shifts
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally

**What We're Looking For**:

- Previous experience as a hospitality supervisor or team leader
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Calm, confident, and professional under pressure
- Attention to detail and high standards of service
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
