Key Responsibilities:Project Support: Assist Senior Engineers in planning, designing, and executing engineering projects.Data Analysis: Collect and analyse data to support engineering decisions and project outcomes.Technical Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure our engineering solutions are cutting-edge.Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and drawings.Problem Solving: Identify and solve engineering problems to improve processes and product quality.Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.What do we need from youRecent graduate of a tertiary degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or drafting experience.Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in AustraliaPrevious student vacation/internship experience ideally in a consulting environment highly desiredExperience working within a team in retail, hospitality or customer service industries highly desiredPossesses a strong desire to learn and grow professionallyAre innovative thinkers and problem-solversExcellent communication skills, written and verbalExcellent rapport building skillsand desire to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environmentWhat's in it for you?
