**Key Duties**:

- Collaborate with classroom teachers to write/plan ICPs and the differentiated Teaching, Learning and Assessment Plans (TLAP) along with identifying hands-on support needs during planning days.
- Develop accessible Yr 7-10 assessment for identified students that is endorsed by the Curriculum HOD for alignment.
- Collating ICP resources and working with Course Coordinators to store in a central location and embedding them into Master TLAPs /curriculum cloud.
- Seek parent input and approval, as required for ICPs and TLAPs, in partnership with and endorsement from relevant colleagues.
- Track student achievement and progression of learning on continuum.
- Develop a 'Students on an ICP' class dashboard in OneSchool documenting student anecdotal notes from classroom visits as evidence of support.
- Provide support to teachers to write an ICP using OneSchool to be endorsed by HOD Inclusion.
- Mentor, co-teach, collaborate with and provide hands-on support for teachers to implement differentiation.
- Collaborate with course coordinators to enhance accessibility of assessment items for all students.
- Facilitate professional development on differentiation as required.
