You'll provide leadership, direction and guidance across the Group to ensure scalable, secure, and forward-thinking solutions that drive innovation and long-term value.Develop and implement enterprise-wide architecture frameworks that support strategic business goalsDefine and maintain architecture principles, standards, and roadmaps to guide IT investment and design decisionsPartner with the PMO and senior leadership to prioritise and assess the technology portfolio across the GroupBuild and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the GroupEducate and influence executive leadership on IT strategy and enterprise architecture valueCoach and mentor team members to elevate strategic IT capabilities across the organisationDrive innovation by investigating new and emerging technologies aligned to the Group's business needsUplift the LeanIX implementation to enhance architecture management and align the architecture to business goalsAbout YouYou're a strategic thinker and skilled communicator with deep experience in enterprise architecture and a passion for driving meaningful technology transformation in complex environments.Demonstrated IT experience in architecture design and deployment, system lifecycle management and infrastructure planning operationsRelevant experience in Enterprise Architecture roles, with exposure to diverse technologies and environmentsTertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldStrong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman) and experience delivering related artefactsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholdersProven ability to work through ambiguity, solve problems and identify root causesAdaptable, collaborative, and confident working across cross-functional teamsStrong understanding of business process re-engineering, financial models, and strategic planningWhy ABN?
