Expert Hearing Care is a market leader in the growing retail hearing health sector. We are

actively fighting against the stigma that surrounds hearing health and wish to promote the idea

that hearing checks are simple, quick and easy. This position is a unique mix of retail, sales and health and is best suited to individuals who are self-motivated and driven by purpose.

What You Will Be Doing:

- Drive lead generation daily by talking to potential customers at our Joondalup store located in Lakeside Joondalup Shopping Centre.
- Meet daily and monthly sales KPIs by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store staff for maximum performance
- Support the store Clinician (Audiologist) by scheduling and following up appointments for potential customers
- Complete daily operational processes and develop store strategies to increase customer

leads, expand store traffic and optimise profitability

What We Are Seeking:

- An experienced and talented Manager to support & motivate the team to deliver

exceptional results
- An outgoing and motivated personality where you are comfortable engaging face-to-face with potential customers on a daily basis
- Previous experience meeting and exceeding business targets
- Strong listening and communication skills with people management, and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer literacy

**Salary**: $60,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
