**Full Job Description**
**Essential Criteria**:
1. Demonstrated skills in cleaning;
2. Uses modern equipment and eco-friendly cleaning products when possible;
3. Ability to work on your own;
4. Good communication skills, both written, interpersonal and verbal;
5. Common sense approach to ensure the safety and well-being of yourself and your clients
6. Willing and able to keep up with the physical demands of a cleaning role;
7. Current Australian Drivers Licence.
8. Police Check and White Card, ABN;
9. Business Registration
10. Be a sole trader or a company with all equivalent insurance;
**Experience**:
1. Previous Cleaning Experience
2. Detailed accounts of successful projects which demonstrates problem-solving skills
3. Transport needed to complete jobs
**Job Types**: Subcontract, Contract
Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Brisbane, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driver Licence (preferred)
- Public Liability (preferred)
- Worker's Compensation or Sole trader (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
Work Location: In person
