**About You**:
- Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential Care), or equivalent (click here to view more details) or willingness to enrol.
- Willingness to study Top Up Units Residential Care (4 Modules) through our RTO.
- Hold current or willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements (as per role and/or State).
- Passionate about human rights and creating positive change.
- Empathetic and compassionate, with a keen understanding of diverse experiences.
- Excellent communication skills to be the voice that resonates with others.
- Enthusiastic team player, eager to collaborate and inspire.
- Availability for 24/7 rotating roster including weekends & sleepover shifts.
