The Sydney-based team offers a people-first ethos, flexible work options, and access to top SAP experts, with a focus on payroll transformation projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and configure SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll solutionsDeliver end-to-end implementation projects across varied industriesFacilitate payroll design workshops and gather complex requirementsEnsure compliance with Australian payroll legislation including STP and superannuationProvide ongoing post-go-live support to clientsMaintain quality and governance across deliverablesCommunicate effectively with internal and external stakeholdersMentor junior consultants and share technical knowledgeDesired Skills and Attributes5+ years of hands-on SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll configuration experienceStrong understanding of payroll rules, schemas, and legislative complianceProven track record delivering medium to large scale payroll projectsCertification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (desirable)Experience in configuring Time Evaluation and Current Employment (desirable)Ability to lead solution design and run client workshopsStrong verbal, written, and presentation skillsLegal working rights in AustraliaWhy Join?
