About the Role
We are seeking a Casual Counsellor to deliver high-quality counselling services to our clients in school programs, with travel across Western Sydney and Southern Highlands.
What You'll Do
Deliver Therapeutic Support - Provide professional counselling aligned with preferred models.
Client-Centred Planning - Develop and maintain clear, achievable case plans in collaboration with clients.
Community Engagement - Promote the service through local partnerships, forums, and resource development.
Compliance & Documentation - Maintain accurate records that meet organisational, legislative, and funding requirements.
Continuous Development - Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
What You'll Bring
Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling or similar
NSW Driver's Licence
Graduate membership with PACFA, AASW, APS or equivalent
Minimum 160 hours of client contact in counselling
Experience in family, couple, or child/adolescent counselling
Strong communication and assessment skills
