What You'll Do: As a Weighbridge Operator, you'll be responsible for accurately recording truck weights for modules, cottonseed, and lint bales.
You'll check delivery dockets, consignment notes, and grower information, direct trucks to the correct loading/unloading areas, and maintain strict compliance with site safety standards.
Prompt reporting of unsafe practices, incidents, or discrepancies is an important part of this role.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperate the weighbridge for all incoming and outgoing trucksVerify and record delivery documentationEnsure compliance with PPE, speed limits, and safety proceduresReport any unsafe practices, incidents, or equipment faultsBenefits: Competitive hourly rateSteady work hours (approx. 50 hours/week)Cotton ginning often runs long shifts, meaning more take-home pay.
