Today, Merlo is proud to be one of Australia's leading independently owned and operated coffee roasters, who supply the public, our own Merlo Coffee stores and 1,700 cafes and restaurants with freshly roasted coffee around the country every day.

We are looking for people who are passionate about quality coffee and excellent customer service. This exciting opportunity is ideal for those looking to expand and grow their knowledge in the coffee industry

We are looking to fill casual positions at our Southport Torrefazione location.

15-20 hours per week

30+ hours per week

**About you**
- Customer service experience in a similar environment
- Previous Barista experience desired but not essential
- A fun, hardworking and energetic attitude towards work
- Food safety and hygiene knowledge
- Fast hands and an ability to work autonomously
- A demonstrated understanding of the Merlo workplace culture
- Interest in progression and career development
- Available minimum 5 days per week

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $24.98 - $34.23 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
