We are hiring a Supply Chain System Analyst with an office base in our brand-new office in Collins Street. This role involves translating business needs into effective processes and ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements while supporting supply chain operations. About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse business processes/systems to identify improvements and optimize operational efficiency.
- Oversee WMS functionality, ensuring sales and operations compliance, workflow optimization, and managing system enhancements.
- Design and implement integration solutions, including testing, documentation, and risk mitigation.
- Develop process flows and data mappings to enhance cross-system connectivity.
- Collaborate with IT teams/vendors to deliver aligned technical solutions.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to clarify requirements and drive strategic alignment.
- Mentor teams on system best practices (i.e. IFS ERP) and support knowledge transfer.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet evolving business needs.
- Regularly reviewing supply chain processes to identify opportunities for system enhancements and improved efficiency.
About You
- Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions for system/process integration.
- Expertise in WMS optimization and enterprise tools (Power BI, Excel) within supply chain environments.
- Skilled in process design, trend analysis, and delivering actionable insights via dashboards.
- Strong communicator with experience aligning stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
- Strategic problem-solver experienced in change management and process improvement.
- Adept at working autonomously in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail.
- Tertiary qualification with an emphasis in business, manufacturing, or equivalent, is desired
- Proven analysis and presentation skills including use of common tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Sound knowledge of Quality standards and systems
