We are excited to be recruit for our Graduate Development Programme and looking for 2025 intakes now.

Our Graduate Development Program is a two-year program consisting of business rotations spread across the term. You will start and finish your rotation in the core function and spend the remaining time, in related business functions learning how it all connects.

The program is designed to help you discover and learn about the many different parts of our business that come together in supporting the end goals. You will have amazing opportunities to establish relationships with key stakeholders of the business and potentially travel to some of our other business locations as part of the learning journey.

Your rotations will take you out of your comfort zone by giving you the chance to work with both corporate and field-based environments, providing you with an opportunity to explore your desires through meaningful work assignments, projects, and networking. You will be provided with ongoing mentoring, peer support and a variety of learning opportunities to accelerate your development.

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate initiative and a willingness to learn. You need to have the right mindset and desire to want to grow within the role and in the business.

Our selection criteria will be as follows:
Completion of undergraduate university degree within the last 12 months in Engineering or related disciplines.
Grade point average of 70% and above or Credit average.
Completion of an Internship of 4-6 months as part of university curriculum
