An exciting opportunity exists for a skilled Design Studio Coordinator to join our growing team in a niche sector of the design industry.
About Us
Move-in has developed a unique portfolio over the last 21 years and is the industry leader specialising in design led, turn-key furniture, finishes and equipment (FF&E) services for the property development and accommodation sectors. We work in partnership with developers and project teams on all aspects of design, manufacture, procurement and installation. We have a strong pipeline of exciting projects and we are seeking a skilled Studio Coordinator to join our Fitzroy studio, who will be a central support to our Senior Management and professional team.

Position Outline
The Studio Coordinator is a dynamic role central to the smooth and efficient operation of the studio. This role is responsible for ensuring a professional image to clients, in all communication and in studio presentations. The Studio Coordinator will manage a broad range of administration, provide support to all teams and EA duties to senior management while contributing positively to studio values and culture. This position requires exceptional attention to detail and a high level of organisation. This role is suited to a lateral thinker who enjoys planning and building on existing systems and processes, with the opportunity to build diverse skills. This full-time role will suit a candidate with similar experience in a design-based studio environment with permanent rights to live and work in Australia.
Responsibilities
Manage administration and provide support to all teams and executive assistant duties to senior management.
Ensure a professional image to clients in all communications and studio presentations.
Collaborate with senior management to improve systems and processes within the studio.
Maintain organisation and attention to detail to support studio operations.
Qualifications
MS Office Suite
High level of initiative
High level of organisation
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
