The Role
Emerald Developments is a fast growing, forward-thinking team seeking a Residential Site Supervisor with a positive, can-do attitude to join us on a full-time, ongoing basis.
Construction Supervisor – Emerald Developments
As a Residential Site Supervisor withEmerald Developments, you will report directly to the Directors and play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of multiple residential projects across a close-knit geographical area.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage between 22–27 homes at one time (with capped volumes to maintain quality)
Build quality homes in line with plans, specifications, and company procedures within contracted timeframes (average build time of 17 weeks)
Oversee day-to-day scheduling, management, and coordination of trades, suppliers, and deliveries
Complete site paperwork and maintain digital administrative records to a high standard
Enforce correct building practices, procedures, and OH&S compliance at all times
Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and quality standards across all builds
Conduct site inspections with clients as required (all other client communications are managed through our construction admin team, including weekly updates and photos)
Attend weekly construction meetings and contribute to project updates
Project Profile:
Primarily low-set homes (approx. 90%)
Large proportion of builds for first-home buyers, investors, and owner-occupiers
Multiple builds concentrated in nearby estates for efficiency
Multi HIA Award-winning company (including Emerging Residential Builder and Small Business Management awards) with a strong reputation for quality and innovation
Qualifications & Experience:
Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card)
Minimum 3 years' residential experience with a volume home builder
Trade/Construction background
Current Driver's Licence
