In this exciting phase we are looking to grow our team and are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team. We have built a great reputation for great pastries, great bread and great coffee and we are looking for someone to continue to help us build upon this.

**Responsibilities**
- Make coffee to a high quality and efficiently
- Continuously deliver informative, professional service
- Take orders and enter in POS
- Work as an integral part of the team
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with guests, supervisors and staff
- Casual position
- Approximately 15 - 25 hours/week

**To be successful, you are**:

- Passionate about customer service and artisanal products
- 2-3 years solid specialty and high volume Barista experience
- Available Tuesday to Sunday
- Exceptional knowledge and passion in making all types of espresso coffee
- Ability to dial in grinders, maintain consistency with latte art and ability to work confidently on your own.
- A team player who can work independently
- Well presented with a great work ethic and a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid full time working rights in Australia

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $26.00 - $40.00 per hour

- Coffee Making: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
