Rapid Employment Group are seeking **experienced** Heavy Vehicle Assesmbler to join our client. A privately owned Australian engineering & manufacturing firm.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- ABC Servicing on heavy trailers with BPW and Hendrickson suspensions.
- Brake relines.
- Air bag replacement.
- ABS/EBS knowledge and fault finding.
- Air system fault finding.
- General electrical trailer experience.
- General fitting experience with mudguards, tool boxes and auxiliary components.
- Simple hydraulics experience.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Experienced in Heavy Vehicle Assembly
- Experience with Fuel Tanker Assembly
- Installation of tool boxes and mudguards
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawrings
- Ability to follow a process
- Based already in Melbourne with **at least two references.**

**Salary**: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift
- Overtime

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sunshine, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Electrical Trailer: 1 year (preferred)
- Mechanical assembly: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
