**Essential Criteria (Non-Negotiables)**:

- Minimum **7 hours/week** availability
- A real **passion for tutoring and teaching**:

- **At least 1 year of tutoring or teaching experience**:

- **Punctual, reliable, and well-organised**:

- Great with **children AND parents**:

- Confident communicator with **excellent phone etiquette**:

- Able to **commute to Truganina**:

- **Curious and willing to learn**:

- Comfortable with light **marketing or outreach tasks**:

- Invested in making a difference—not just clocking in

**Desirable Extras (We'll Be Extra Impressed If You)**:

- Have **attended Selective schools or tutored for Selective schools**:

- Have **marketing, sales, or promotions** experience
- Enjoy creating or refining content
- Are studying teaching, education, law, science, psychology, or a related field.
