About the role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fleet Supervisor to join our team in a full-time permanent role.
The role will cover the weekday shifts, working Monday – Friday.
The role will be required to start at 5am – 1pm with overtime available.
Reporting to the Victorian Fleet Manager, you will play a vital role in keeping our fleet running smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities Overseeing and delivering the day-to-day activities of all operational functions of our fleet across Greater Melbourne.
Meet service levels for contracts and resolve issues within agreed timeframes.
Ensure driver training, compliance with systems, and maintain staff levels and performance through KPIs.
Maintain vehicle standards, scheduled maintenance, and comply with procurement processes.
Assisting Fleet Manager with planning of repairs, labor and route efficiencies in line with budgets.
Comply with safety policies, address non-compliance, and assist with operational issue resolution.
Be the first point of contact for issues that may arise with our fleet drivers.
Work alongside our team, to ensure a smooth and cohesive operation.
What you'll bring to the team HR License required as a minimum Proven experience in fleet management or a similar supervisory role.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP software is an advantage.
A commitment to safety and environmental standards.
