An exciting opportunity has arisen for a
**Merchandise Planning Assistant **to join a dynamic team at allkinds.

**THE ROLE**:

- Manage all Item creation and build of Product Attribute fields in database
- Manage the end-to-end Purchase Order process and kimble-label registrations for new & repeat orders
- Maintain and communicate the action of PO cost/unit qty updates in both Range Plan & system database administration - particular focus given to Buy plan revision to ensure appropriate season/range month values are easily & accurately compiled in reporting
- Liaise with Planning Manager, Product Development Manager & Replenishment Analyst to ensure revised handover/shipping timelines in Range Plan do not conflict with future Marketing/campaign calendar.
- Assist Product team on supplier relations/handling of 'Open Order' report (minor PO amendments) as per final production schedule/batch outcome.
- Manage communication with Finance/Product team regarding Invoice reconciliation queries payments for Suppliers (plus special payment terms/proforma Invoice needs)
- Assist in Out-Of-Stock & EOL (discontinued range) reporting for teams plus Faulty Product procedures where required.
- Assist Planning Manager on other D365 housekeeping plus analysis & reporting for instore investigations/audit trail (regarding Cycle Counts reviews, Outstanding Transfers, Stock Adjustment/Returns/Negative Inventory reporting)
- Periodic reviews of eCommerce site against assortment lists - ensuring all new & existing data transmits collectively in 'World' + 'Group Style' navigations, images, descriptions & price-points

**THE REQUIREMENTS**:

- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent (Desirable)
- Exposure to working in a retail environment is advantageous
- Experience in Beauty/Bath & Body product (Desirable)
- Must be highly organised, numerate and detail oriented
- Excellent computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office suites especially excel (Adobe suite a plus)
- Genuinely team focused and collaborative.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal remembering this role requires much interaction with offshore suppliers whose first language often is not English
- Ability to prioritise, and good time management skills
