**About the role
Permanent full time opportunity to provide strategic direction and operational management of a multidisciplinary team of health professionals across Intellectual and Developmental Disability providing clinical care, assessment, and therapeutic interventions to offer assessment and management advice supporting consumers with co-occurring Mental Health, Intellectual and Developmental Disability, and complex needs.
About you
As a member of the multidisciplinary team, deliver contemporary advanced level-services that are based on valid and reliable evidence, that are in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards, and performed with a high degree of independence.
Facilitate and promote effective communication across the service, with our partners, our consumers, and their families and significant others.
Proactively plan labour and non-labour expenditure and manage the financial resources of the team for efficient and effective delivery of the health service within a defined budget.
