**What you'll do**
- Conduct Risk and Control Self-assessments (RCSA's) across several risks including operational, compliance and financial risks.
- Implement risk management strategies and policies to mitigate identified risks.
- Prepare detailed risk reports and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments, including Compliance, Legal, and IT, to ensure comprehensive risk management across the organization.
- Support the effective review of Third parties including due diligence reviews
- Assist in the development and maintenance of risk management systems and tools.
- Support and help embed the risk culture and the integration of the risk management framework

**What you need to have**
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex risk concepts to non-specialist stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- An understanding of Risk Management (financial or non) is a plus, particularly regulatory capital, stress-testing or regulator exposure
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and risk management principles.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and meet tight timelines.
