In this permanent, full-time role, you'll work directly with young people in a 24-hour care residential setting, helping them build resilience, independence, and a strong sense of belonging.
You'll work an average of 5 x 24-hour shifts per fortnight on a rotating roster - giving you meaningful time off while still making a deep impact.
Travel within the North Perth region is required - a work vehicle is provided while on shift.
Who We're Looking For You're a resilient, heart-led professional who brings:? A Certificate IV in Child, Youth & Family Intervention (or equivalent)? A current WWCC or willing to obtain? A full Australian Driver's Licence? Full working rights in Australia? A strong ability to build trust with diverse young people? Flexibility to work 5 x 24-hour shifts per fortnight? Emotional strength and resilience in high-pressure environments?
