We design, manufacture, and install modular buildings for education, affordable housing, mining, custodial and commercial sectors across all mainland Australian states. **About the role**:
Based out of our Welshpool warehouse. The Warehouse Coordinator oversees all aspects of warehouse operations, including workflow planning, dispatching, and receiving products. They ensure timely delivery and high service standards, working within company policies and procedures. This role involves coordinating with transport/courier companies and maintaining efficient operations to meet internal and external customer needs.

**The key responsibilities of the role are to**:

- Assist in daily coordination of warehouse operations, stock control, and stock levels.
- Use company programs to monitor stock locations, balances, and print labels.
- Manage the timely consigning of outgoing freight
- Responsible for Shiping customer orders promptly and efficiently, adhering to company guidelines.
- Assist in preparing, packing, and shipping dangerous goods in compliance with transport safety regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer service issues as needed.
- Supervise daily activities of direct reports, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with company standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading courier trucks, vans, and shipping containers.
- Operate forklifts and other Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to facilitate the movement of goods within the warehouse.
- Manage general office duties, such as end-of-month rollovers and supply ordering.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of professional relationships with key stakeholders.
- Comply with company and regulatory Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Environmental requirements.

**To be successful in this role you will demonstrate**:

- Understanding of warehousing / logistics process
- Basic - intermediate computer skills using MS suite.
- Possess a relevant certificate for Lifting Machinery (forklift / reach lift)
- Good communication skills - verbal and written.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload to meet demands.
- Experience in warehousing / transportation environment with a medium organisation
- Ability to work under pressure.
