**About the role**:
**Seaview Ford **is currently looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our service team as a
**Service Advisor**, based in Clarkson.
Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will be responsible for booking, greeting, and managing daily customer relations for the dealership's service department.
**This includes the following**:
- Answering customer enquiries regarding their vehicles service
- Seeking approval for additional service work found during vehicle inspections
- Ensuring all customer requirements & commitments are met in a timely manner
- Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders for long term business success
- Delivery quality customer service focusing on win, win outcomes for our guests

The Service Advisor role is strongly customer-service focussed, as well as having elements of sales, and automotive knowledge. Therefore, a background in these fields would be highly advantageous but not essential.

You will ideally possess:
- Experience within a Service Advisor role is preferable
- General understating of a vehicle's components & functionality
- Keenness to learn and grow with the Ford Brand
- Desire to deliver exceptional customer service
- Operate with a high level of Integrity
- Solid interpersonal skills
- Have an appetite for on-line learning and product training with Ford
