**The Role**:
Due to growth, an opportunity has arisen for a full-time, Revenue and Collections Officer, to be appointed in Finance team, based at our Epping head office. The Revenue & Collections Officer will be responsible for ensuring effective collection of fees from customers across our Aged Care, Home Care and Retirement Living business units. The role will also be responsible for establishing new procedures surrounding debt collection and establishment of reporting.

**As Revenue and Collections Officer you will**:

- Collaborate with Facility Managers in the appropriate engagement with customers on the collection of outstanding debts.
- Plan courses of action to recover outstanding payments, including issuing letters of demand and lodging cases with the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT).
- Support the Revenue & Billing Manager with Aged Receivables reporting to Management and providing regular updates on collections, including Finance Management and Operations Management.
- Support the Revenue & Billing Team in the processing of fortnightly billing, direct debit schedules, completing the funding reconciliations and reclaiming any lost funding from the government.
- Follow up on fee rejections and deferred payment plans.
- Provide sound, accurate advice to stakeholders on project and system related enquiries.
- Proven experience in revenue and collections roles.
- Strong networking and stakeholder relationship skills.
- Strong focus on problem solving, quality, accuracy and attention to detail and a passion to meet deadlines.
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize own time, while adhering to deadlines.
