Our small and vibrant school in Ipswich, with approximately 220 students, is seeking an energetic and committed Inclusion and Engagement Teacher to join our dedicated team. We pride ourselves on fostering a culture of kindness, care, and collaboration, where all students and staff feel valued and connected. In this role, you will work closely with our team to provide inclusion and engagement support, ensuring students receive the differentiated assistance they need to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. Experience in inclusion, Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL), and trauma-informed practices will be highly regarded.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide multi-tiered systems of support for academics, behaviour, social-emotional learning, and attendance.
Co-teach with classroom teachers to support students on Individual Curriculum Plans (ICPs) and those requiring curriculum adjustments.
Manage and oversee students receiving support through the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD).
Support classroom teachers with strategies and resources for curriculum adjustments.
Assist students with personal health care plans.
Contribute as an active member of the Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) team.
Participate in the Student Support Services (SSS) committee.
