**Your new company**

Our client is a well-established family-owned home builder who designs, manufactures and installs modular homes across Queensland. An opportunity exists for an experienced Revit Drafter to join their team in North Brisbane on a permanent basis to assist with ongoing demand.

**Your new role**

As a Revit Drafter you will be responsible for drawing the homes, which will then be manufactured on site, ready for installation. You will work closely with other teams to ensure that drawings are viable and meet specified requirements.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role you will need to have previous experience in residential design using Revit. Although initially working with other software, our clients impending to move to Revit means you will need to be proficient. You will have strong knowledge of structures, and be able to identify viable design options, as well as have solid knowledge of structures. You will have strong design skills, and be able to lead and mentor junior staff.
